We’ve been working so hard on training, exercises, LEOP reviews, and more, our little friend Buzzer wanted to remind us he is still around and still the hardest working little bee anywhere!
He liked the work Ron is doing on the remodel and wanted to help paint the cabinets, too, but the work gloves just didn’t fit him!
He moved on from there to help us get the word out to Camden County’s first responder agencies that we have a pallet of cases of water bottles for the crews, just drop by and pick some up!
After that, he took a tour of the two trucks we keep; one for our Community Emergency Response Team and one for Hazardous Materials Response. He really liked the HazMat truck! We think he wanted to play with the foam machine in the back! He thought both trucks needed to be washed, so that went on our to-do list to complete before winter.
This hardworking little bee even wanted to help the Road and Bridge district with the mowing! We didn’t think that was a good idea, though, because he might have left all the dandelions!
Finally, he reminded us that we have LOTS of hand sanitizer and paper masks to distribute for FREE to ANYONE and EVERYONE in Camden County. For the hand sanitizer, please bring your own container. We can fill large and small containers with the variety of hoses we have onsite. The paper masks come 50 to a box (preferred for individuals who would like some) and 2000 to a case (preferred for businesses/agencies/organizations who would like some), so just let us know what you need!
Thanks for joining us for this edition of “What’s the Buzz?” and we’ll keep you updated on Buzzer’s other antics along the way!
